How to schedule an appointmet in Nice with our ocular oncology team as a physician
Are you a doctor and wish to schedule an appointment for one of your patients? Or would you like to request a medical opinion directly? Please follow the steps below.

You can send attachments via secure email through MSSANTE directly to the Ophthalmology Department Secretariat at: ophtalmologie-consultation@chu-nice.mssante.fr
Please note: If attachments are too large (especially medical imaging), the email may not be delivered. It is recommended to first send an email without attachments to ensure your request is received by the medical team. Otherwise, please use a secure platform authorized for sending health data (HDS-certified), such as BlueFiles or WeSend Santé.
To refer your patient, please provide:
- A medical prescription for transportation suited to the patient’s condition, possibly including a prior approval request.
- A request for long-term condition coverage (ALD) after confirmation, if applicable, of a malignant tumor diagnosis by the Nice medical team.
- A referral letter addressed to the physician who will receive the patient.
A report of the consultation carried out in Nice will be sent to you after your patient’s visit. A copy of this report will also be sent to the patient.
