Radiation oncologist

Dr. Déborah Aloi, a board-certified radiation oncologist, is primarily specialized in pediatric radiation therapy, particularly in the treatment of solid tumors and hematologic cancers. At the Antoine Lacassagne Center, she also designs treatment plans using proton therapy as well as other external radiation therapy methods for patients with ocular cancers. Her expertise allows for precise tumor targeting while preserving surrounding healthy tissues to the greatest extent possible.

Short Bio

After completing her medical studies in Italy, Dr. Déborah Aloi began her career as a radiation oncologist in 2017 at the Dijon University Hospital. In December 2018, she joined the radiotherapy team at the Antoine Lacassagne Cancer Center (CAL), one of the 18 Comprehensive Cancer Centers (CLCCs) in the Unicancer network across France. As a specialist physician within a CLCC, Dr. Aloi is actively involved in the treatment of ocular tumors, primarily at CAL’s biomedical cyclotron, where she performs proton therapy alongside a dedicated team of medical physicists and dosimetrists.
