Radiation oncologist
Dr. Anaïs Groulier, a board-certified radiation oncologist, is primarily specialized in ocular tumors, breast cancer and sarcomas radiation therapy. At the Antoine Lacassagne Center, she also designs treatment plans using proton therapy as well as other external radiation therapy methods for patients with ocular cancers. Her expertise allows for precise tumor targeting while preserving surrounding healthy tissues to the greatest extent possible.
Short Bio
After completing her medical studies at the University of Bordeaux, followed by specialization in radiation oncology at the University of Limoges, Anaïs Groulier undertook several inter-hospital training rotations at the Oncopole in Toulouse, the Antoine Lacassagne Center (CAL) in Nice, and the Clarac Hospital of the University Hospital of Martinique. She joined the Antoine Lacassagne Center team in Nice in November 2020, one of the 18 Comprehensive Cancer Centers (Centre de Lutte Contre le Cancer) in the Unicancer network across France. As a CLCC practitioner, Dr. Anaïs Groulier is actively involved in the treatment of ocular tumors, primarily at the Mediterranean Institute of ProtonTherapy, delivering proton therapy alongside a dedicated team of biophysicists and dosimetrists.
